West Coast cuisine by Sage Catering at UBC

We're working with Sage Catering — UBC's in-house culinary team, led by Executive Chef David Speight — to put together a menu that feels seasonal, local, and a little bit special. We're still happily eating our way through the tasting options and haven't landed on the final menu just yet, so watch this space.

Each table will receive a complimentary bottle each of red wine, white wine, and sparkling wine to enjoy over dinner.

Additional Drinks

A full bar will be available throughout the evening. Additional drinks beyond the complimentary wine are on a pay-as-you-go basis.
